The breakfast was gorgeous, satisfactory except for the omlettes. There were a balcony and coffee-making facilities in my freshly renovated room.

Neat hotel with a decent staff and newly renovated and great-sized rooms. Large breakfasts except for the omlettes. What a wonderful location impossible to hail a taxi from outside! Also - short walk to restaurant for dinner and breakfast as well as pyramids park resort.

Well-maintained and recently renovated hotel, I liked large breakfast!

Everything was very good, including very professional and competent staff from the bell man up to the manager. The room was air-conditioned, and brand-new, with a mini-bar, central heating, and an iron I needed. The hotel was placed in the remote location to one public area.

Newly decorated and great-sized rooms with nice views very good cleanliness and cozy bar area. Absolutely perfect and amazing location for visiting bars and cafés.

The hotel was cool and tidy, with pleasant and exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk. The location was good and our room was air-conditioned.

The recently renovated rooms are well-maintained and have AC and balconies. The staff greeted us with a happy birthday message, even at 4:30 am. The pool is large and well-equipped with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas. The buffet dinner at the restaurant is diverse and delicious. The hotel's location is great for visiting the pyramids and the new museum.

The place is quite pleasant and the swimming pool is very nice. The staff were quite friendly, and the food was excellent. they also took good care of combating mosquitos daily and that was something I was worried about.

Swimming pool needs more attention with regards to cleanliness. The only restaurant available for breakfast is on the first floor. However, there is neither a lift nor an escalator and this makes it extremely difficult if not impossible for the elderly and handicapped to reach it.

I didnt feel any advantage in this resort

1-Very bad services 2-the room was not clean enough for 5 stars it is only for 3 stars 3-the tips which u meet from any person from your enterance 4-the air condition is so bad 5-mosquato in the room 6-iam sure you will not be satisfied so I advice not to book on it 7-the swimming pool while my visit is closed 8-no privacy

The property is tidy; freshly renovated rooms; extremely comfy bed. Amiable, polite people working here. The rooms with a beautiful decor. Gorgeous views of the pool and large breakfasts except for the omlettes. Favourable location in a peaceful area, right by certain areas, cafeteria and an establishment that is more central.
